In the United States, a land steeped in golden wheat fields and the scent of sunshine, farm tools are "partners of the land," warmed by the morning dew of Midwestern farms, the fragrance of Californian orchards, the sunset glow of Southern farms, and the verdant green of Northeastern vegetable gardens. From the plow that tills the soil on an Iowa farm, to the shears that prune branches in a Californian orchard, to the sickle that harvests grass on a Texas ranch, each tool imbues the uniquely American farm with a profound sense of ritual. Perhaps it's the hoe, wielded for thirty years by an experienced farmer, its wooden handle patinated and warm; perhaps it's the newly purchased irrigation sprinkler that precisely nourishes each crop; perhaps it's the small shovel a child uses for the first time, planting their first tomato seed in the garden. These humble farm tools, like scattered sunlight, bring warmth to the daily life of an American farm.

The story of YENIXOR begins with such a memory, steeped in the aroma of wheat and earth. The brand's founder grew up with his grandfather on the family farm in Iowa. In my grandfather's tool shed, rows of polished farm tools hang. The wooden-handled hoe, custom-made by my grandfather at the town blacksmith in his youth, is engraved with the family initials. The metal hoe, honed by time, remains sharp. And the pruning shears, with which my grandfather pruned all the apple trees on the farm, still retain their precise grip. Every spring plowing season, my grandfather would take him with him to till the land. "Good tools should be as reliable as the land, able to accompany you through every season of planting and harvesting," he often said.

One summer, during a rare drought in Iowa, the farm's irrigation system malfunctioned. My grandfather dug out his old watering can and brought him along every day to water the corn seedlings. "It doesn't matter whether the tools are new or old; the key is understanding the crop—knowing when to loosen the soil, when to water, and when to prune." As he watered the corn, my grandfather taught him how to identify the corn seedlings' growth. That sunset, the silhouette of his grandfather, watering can in hand, and the water droplets on the corn seedlings, became the most unforgettable images of his childhood. He later studied agricultural engineering at the University of Minnesota. After graduation, he joined a farm tool company, but found that many tools on the market were either flashy or lacked durability. "American farmers don't need fancy tools, but tools that solve real problems and last."

In 2018, he resigned and returned to Iowa, where he teamed up with a local blacksmith, agricultural engineer, and designer to found YENIXOR. They visited farms across the United States—from corn farms in Iowa to citrus orchards in California to ranches in Texas—to listen to farmers' needs. From material selection to functional design, every step was centered around reliability, durability, and practicality. Their goal was to create farm tools that "understand American farming": no complicated, "gimmicky" products, only tools that "protect every harvest."
